Pearler Bead: A Link to the Past Link with the Triforce pattren

Here is Link holding the Triforce:

You can use solid or clear yellow to make the Tirforce, or even glow in the dark beads.  For mine, I used the clear yellow.
This isn't a hard pattern to do, and it looks great when it's done.

Matching the colors are really hard so I make two Links one with orange hair one with brown to see which looked better.

This is a very easy patteren to follow, the only hard part if finding the right colors.

Pearler Bead: Adventure Island Purple Water Dino Pattern

This little guy was always my favorite Dino from Aventure Island, I blame him for making one of my life dreams finding the Loch Ness Monster!

Here is the Pattern:

This is the result:

Though this pattern only uses three colors, for some reason I had a lot of trouble with this one.

Pearler Bead: Adventure Island Blue Dino pattern

Here is the blue dino from Adventure Island, one of my favorite Nintendo games as a kid:

And as always here is how it turned out:

Even though this pattern is larger then most Nintendo patterns, this one it rather easy because it deals with only three colors.

Pearler Bead Pokemon Pattern: Dratini

Here is patterm and the results for a pearler bead Dratini.

The results are this:

It's very hard to find dark gray pearler beads so I only used the one shade I had.  Most times you can subsitute shades if you have to, but for the best results use as many as you can.

The Crafty Gamer

This blog is all about recreating old classic games through arts and crafts.  Remember the first time you became Raccoon Mario?  Who about the first time you got the Master Sword in your first Zelda game?  Do you remember Bubble Bobble or Adventure Island?

I will converting old video game images into patterns that can be used in a variety of crafts such as crosstich, pearler beads and knitting.  So, if you are a gamer and good with your hands enjoy everything I have to offer!
